The Uranquinty Progress Association is looking to improve the appearance and liveability of the village. A series of projects are planned, one of which involves the development of an eco-cultural garden.
The site being considered is the village water tower on the corner of Best and Uranquintry Streets, operated by Riverina Water.
It is anticipated that the use of this site will be beneficial to the local community, visitors and Riverina Water through the beautification and better productive use of the site.
It is hoped that the site can be used for a variety of studies and the growth of native species in an area which can be used by everyone. The Progress Association would appreciate some feedback on this idea and is keen for comments from Residents on this proposal.
Please contact Uranquinty Progress association members for further details or to express your thoughts.
